What data and why

We process the data you give us in the contact form or in correspondence: name, company, email address, phone number and message. Together with it we record the page language, the page the form was sent from, the page that referred you to the site (if your browser passes it on) and the country derived from your IP address.

We use the data only to answer your enquiry and to conduct commercial correspondence.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and communicating with business partners.

How long

Until the correspondence is concluded, then for the limitation period of any related claims.

Recipients

Our email and office software provider — Google Ireland Ltd. — and our website hosting provider — Cloudflare, Inc. The data is not shared with anyone else or used for marketing.

Cookies and statistics

This site does not set cookies. The hosting provider processes IP addresses to keep the service secure and running. If we collect visit statistics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build user profiles.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).

Voluntary nature

Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
