Evidence, not claims

You don't have to take a supplier's word for it. You get the result for your batch.

  • 100% fruiting body

No mycelium fused to a grain substrate. Low α-glucan and the presence of hericenones, which form only in the fruiting body, confirm it.

  • Every batch tested

Heavy metals, pesticide residues, microbiology and moisture. Glucans and hericenones are determined on request for a batch.

  • Batch traceability

Every batch has a number and a documented path: from strain and substrate, through harvest and drying, to the finished ingredient.

  • COA before delivery

The parameters of your batch, not a generic product declaration. The certificate reaches your quality team before shipment.

Our approach

We know what is in every batch. And we can prove it.

We grow the mushrooms ourselves — from strain selection and substrate preparation to fruiting. Drying, milling and extraction are carried out by certified partners to our specification, and no batch is released without test results. You get an ingredient of known origin, with controlled parameters and documentation tied to a specific batch — not a bag of promises.

Quality and terms

Before you choose a supplier, check these 5 things

How do you know it is fruiting body and not grain-grown mycelium?

Two measurements. Hericenones form in the fruiting body — we determine them by HPLC-UV against a certified standard. Low α-glucan alongside high β-glucan rules out starch from a grain substrate. Both determinations are available on request for a specific batch.

What documents come with a batch?

A certificate of analysis (COA) with results for the batch number: heavy metals, pesticide residues, microbiology and moisture. Plus the product specification. Glucans and hericenones are determined on request. Sample data sheets can be downloaded from the product pages.

Can you keep batches consistent?

We record process parameters for every batch, so conditions can be reproduced, not just described. Batch-to-batch variation is visible in the certificates of analysis, which you receive before shipment.

What is the minimum order?

1 kg for dried material and micronised powder, 5 L for glycerosomal extracts. Dried material and powder are packed in 1 kg or 5 kg bags, extracts in 5 L canisters.

What does the certification chain look like?

Cultivation is run as primary production under GHP, with sanitary registration. Drying takes place at a partner certified to FSSC 22000 (a GFSI scheme). Milling and micronisation are done at a facility operating HACCP and GMP. If your specification requires a GFSI scheme at the milling stage as well, tell us at the start — we will point out which formats meet it today.

From substrate to extract

Five process stages under our quality control

  1. 01

    Substrate

Substrate selection and sterilisation. A recipe for the specific strain, not a universal mix.

  2. 02

    Inoculation

Inoculation with mycelium under clean conditions. Full traceability of the strain batch.

  3. 03

    Fruiting

Controlled conditions: temperature, humidity, CO2 and light monitored continuously.

  4. 04

    Drying and micronisation

Low-temperature drying and milling to the target particle size by a certified partner, to our specification. Final moisture control.

  5. 05

    Extraction

Extraction by a certified partner to our specification. A certificate of analysis for every batch.
